  11. SpeakFreely is a cross-platform internet chat tool.  A GUI version exists for
  12. Windows machines, and a CLI version exists for UNIX. This amiga version is a
  13. port of the UNIX version.

  17.     - special 'half-rate' mode for even lower bandwidth
  18.     - speakfreely, VAT, RTP communications protocols

  25. This is really only a beta.  There's no direct amiga hardware support, but with
  26. the aid of audio-handler there's some kludgy support.
